Objectives
After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1| Explore the risks and benefits of Night Work from the point of view of staff who work overnight, including how they directly affect patient care and safety
2| Delve into how staff who work nights cope with their schedules, and mitigate the risks inherent in their work.
3| Examine how the Neurological, Endocrine and Mental Health systems are affected by suboptimal sleep, from the point of view of area experts.
