Welcome to the Best Practices: Heart Failure and CABG educational event! Join us at the Baystate Health Conference Center on March 11, 2026 at 8:00 AM (Eastern Time) to learn more about best supporting patients in the community and collaborate with inpatient experts. This event will cover essential strategies and approaches to enhance patient care and outcomes.
