Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1. Identify labs to be drawn in order to rule out reversible causes for memory loss or cognitive changes
2. Identify the basic screenings for cognitive evaluation
3. Identify the different diagnostic tools that assist in the diagnosis of MCI and dementia
4. Identify when/how to give diagnosis and potential next steps for support for patient and family
