Caitlyn's passion for healthcare led her to Becker College, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). At the young age of 19, Caitlyn founded a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the mental health of institutionalized seniors, which reflects her deep commitment to supporting this vulnerable population. Blending her interests in holistic care and nursing, Caitlyn pursued further education and attained her Holistic Nurse Board Certification (HNB-BC) and Certified Clinical Aromatherapist (CCAP) certifications. In 2025, she proudly received her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN-ED) and currently serves as the NICHE Program Coordinator at Baystate Medical Center. In this pivotal role, she is dedicated to advancing geriatric care and creating an age-friendly healthcare environment, championing the integration of holistic approaches to improve the lives of older adults.
