You will need to log in to your account to register for courses, complete evaluations and claim credits, and view or print transcripts.

 

Set Up Your Account

For Baystate Employees

You already have an account by default.

Now you need to authenticate and update your account before you can register for any course.

For Visitors/Non-Baystate Employees

You'll need to create a new account.

Update Your Account 

  1. Log in using your Baystate network credentials (PN/EN##### and password) OR  (if you are a visitor) using the username and password you created.
  2. Click My Account (in gray bar at top).
  3. Click Edit tab.
  4. Use the Account, Bio, and Profile tabs to review/update your contact information, credentials, CV, photo, etc.

Register for a Conference

You must have an account to register.

Step 1: Login

  • Click Login in the upper right corner of the screen
  • Click You already have an account
  • Log in using your Baystate network credentials (PN/EN##### and password) OR  (if you are a visitor) using the username and password you created.

Step 2: Choose a conference

  • Click the Conference tab
  • Click on the title of the course you wish to attend
  • Click the Register/Take Course tab

For Free Courses:

  • Click the “Take Course” button. This enrolls you in the course.
  • Note: Directions for evaluating the course and receiving credit will be provided at the course.

For Tuition Based Courses:

About Coupons: If there is a coupon associated with this course and it applies to you, you will see it listed below the Price of the course.

  • Copy the Coupon code.
  • Click the Add to Cart button
  • Enter the coupon code in the box under Coupon Discounts
  • Click the Apply to Order button
  • Click the Checkout button

Step 3: Checkout & Payment

  • Enter your Billing Information
  • Under Payment Method click on the circle for the payment method you want to use
    • Credit/Debit card if you are paying online1, or
    • Check, Money Order or Interdepartmental Funds Transfer2
  • Click the Review Order button
  • Click the Submit Order button

Charge card payments: An email confirmation of your paid registration will be sent to the address in your profile.

2 Check, Money Order or Interdepartmental Funds Transfers: An email confirmation of your Enrollment (with payment pending) will be emailed to the address in your profile. Once payment has been received, you will be sent an email confirming your registration and payment to the course.

Claim Your Credits

To earn credit you must have confirmed attendance and submitted an evaluation within the deadline.

View/Print Transcript 

  1. Log in using your Baystate network credentials (PN/EN##### and password) OR (if you are a visitor) using the username and password you created
  2. Click My Account (upper right hand corner)
  3. Click My Activities tab (opens the following)
  • Completed Activities tab contains all your credit earned through Dec 31, 2017.  This tab includes credits for Regional Conferences and RSS/Grand Rounds.
  • Pending Activities tab contains any sessions you attended that are still awaiting completion.
  • Session Credit tab contains your RSS/Grand Rounds credits earned as of January 1, 2018.
  1. To print your transcript or save your transcript to your computer:
  • Click Download PDF in the Completed Activities tab
  • Click Download PDF in the Session Credit tab
