Adam Pesaturo is a pharmacy clinical coordinator for Baystate Health in Springfield, Massachusetts where he is responsible for the health system’s medication formulary and medication outcomes.  Earlier in his career he was the lead critical care pharmacist for Baystate Health’s flagship hospital, Baystate Medical Center.  He still practices as a pharmacist in the adult intensive care unit and is the residency program director for the ASHP-accredited PGY2 critical care pharmacy residency program.  In addition, Adam serves as a guest surveyor for ASHP’s Accreditation Services Division.  He is a doctor of pharmacy graduate from the University of Rhode Island and has completed postgraduate training at Saint Joseph HealthCare and University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital, both in Lexington, Kentucky.
