As a large, diverse, and geographically sprawling healthcare system, we need strategies to build authentic community. This rigorous training series features five sessions totaling 6 hours on the topic of Restorative Justice. By the end of this training, participants will be able to describe all of the features of this framework--including its three tiers, develop their own plans to implement a "Tier 1 Circle" and describe next steps for implementation in their area. Homework in between sessions will help continue the learning and in in-class discussions and interaction will help to foster a peer network pf educators focused on shared goals.
