2026 Nursing- Baystate Health Nurse Residency Program (Cohort 42)
The Baystate Health Nurse Residency Program is a comprehensive series of learning and work experiences designed to support the new graduate nurse as they transition into their first professional position in a direct care role in the acute care setting. Program curriculum will focus on three topic areas (Leadership, Patient Outcomes, and Professional Role) and facilitated by content experts.

After participating in the Nurse Residency Program seminar series, nurse residents will be able to apply essential knowledge, skills, and resources to effectively perform their role as a professional nurse at Baystate Health.
