2| Describe the need for alignment between clinical, finance and HR teams on desired outcome and potential impact on quality, service, and financial performance
3| Describe the process to create FY26 staffing plans
4| Create and validate position control to staffing plans by shift and skill
5| Design the staffing plan and align RN vacancy dashboard to guide priority recruitment focus, contingent labor support and retention efforts
