Target Audience
This course is designed for physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, medical students, residents, interns, RN’s, LPN’s and Medical Assistants in the Western MA / Northern CT community.
Learning Objectives
After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
- Identify wounds that require offloading.
- Identify normal and abnormal healing of a wound.
- Understand the steps to a comprehensive care process.
- Identify patients at that are at risk for chronic wounds.
- Understand wound dressings and why we select a certain types of dressings.
- List the various types of offloading devices and techniques.

Your refund, less a cancellation fee, will be processed within two (2) weeks from the date we receive the written notification. For credit card refunds, please allow one to two (1-2) billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
