You will need to log in to your account to register for courses, complete evaluations and claim credits, and view or print transcripts.
Set up your account:

For Baystate Employees
You already have an account by default.  Now you need to authenticate and update your account before you can register for any course.

For Visitors/Non-Baystate Employees
You'll need to create a new account.

Update your account:

Log in using your Baystate network credentials (PN/EN##### and password) OR  (if you are a visitor) using the username and password you created.
1. Click My Account (in blue bar at top).
2. Click Edit tab.

I've created my profile, but why mobile number is not recognized when I use the text-in feature?

Although the Profile tab of your BCIPE Learner Profile has a "Home/Work Phone" entry, the text-in feature of your account is enabled by verifying a phone number in the Mobile tab. This steps for doing so are as follows:

  1. Click here and log in to your Learner Profile on the BCIPE website.
  2. Select My Account in the top right-hand corner
  3. Click Edit
  4. Select the Mobile tab
  5. Enter your ten-digit mobile phone number, with NO parentheses or dashes. (Below is an example)
    1. 4135551234
  6. Select “Country”
    1. Note: At this time the text-in feature is only enabled for US phone numbers.
  7. Click “CONFIRM NUMBER” 
  8. You will receive an automated text with a confirmation code. Enter that in the box provided and click the button to confirm.
  9. Once that's done you're all set and the text-in feature will be enabled.

How do I register for a conference or course?

You must have an account to register. Login in or register for an account.

1. Click the Catalog tab
2. Click on the Conference drop down
3. Click on the title of the conference/course you wish to attend
4. Click the Register/Take Course tab


Note: Directions for evaluating the course and receiving credit will be provided at the course.

How do I apply a coupon code for a tuition based course?

If there is a coupon associated with this course and it applies to you, you will see it listed below the Price of the course.

1. Copy the Coupon code.
2. Click the Add to Cart button
3. Enter the coupon code in the box under Coupon Discounts
4. Click the Apply to Order button
5. Click the Checkout button

Step 3: Checkout & Payment

 

1. Enter your Billing Information
2. Under Payment Method click on the circle for the payment method you want to use :  
Credit/Debit card if you are paying online1, or
          Check, Money Order or Interdepartmental Funds Transfer2

3. Click the Review Order button
4. Click the Submit Order button


Charge card payments: An email confirmation of your paid registration will be sent to the address in your profile.
2 Check, Money Order or Interdepartmental Funds Transfers: An email confirmation of your Enrollment (with payment pending) will be emailed to the address in your profile. Once payment has been received, you will be sent an email confirming your registration and payment to the course.

How do I claim credit?

To earn credit you must have confirmed attendance and submitted an evaluation within the deadline.

How do I access a transcript for a course or download a transcript showing all of my completed activities?

If you would like to download a transcript:

  1. Click here and log in to your Learner Profile on the BCIPE website
  2. After logging in, select My Account in the top right-hand corner
  3. From the My Activities tab...
  4. Go to Completed Activities
    1. To download a complete course transcript select "Download PDF" 
    2. OR 
    3. To download an individual course certificate select "Download" to the right of the course's title.

Please note: Individual course certificates are not available for individual RSS sessions. If you would like to download a transcript showing your completed sessions for a single RSS Series, please see below:

From the My Activities tab...

Type the name, or partial name, of the RSS Series you would like a transcript for into the "Regularly Scheduled Series (RSS)" box

*If you would like a copy of all RSS sessions, not sorted by series, skip this step

Click Apply - the page that loads will show all completed sessions for that specific RSS Series. 

Click "Download PDF" to download your transcript.

To download an RSS transcript for a specific period, enter the date range in the "Date Completed" boxes and click Apply

To download your transcript select "Download PDF"
