The Research Faculty Development Program (RFDP) is a collaborative initiative of UMMS-Baystate’s Office of Faculty Affairs and Office of Research. The purpose of the program is train our faculty in effective research design and grant-writing in order to broaden our institution’s investigative and external funding capabilities, and to bring increased benefit to our community from an active program of medical research. In addition, a paper will be published about the program which will contribute to the general knowledge base.
