Baystate Medical Center was one of a select group of Massachusetts' hospitals chosen to be a pilot site for the Betsy Lehman Center's new statewide model for a clinician and staff peer support program. We are excited about this opportunity to strengthen our efforts to support our caregivers, providers, and staff. A peer supporter is a coworker/peer who actively listens and supports a fellow clinician after an adverse event or unanticipated patient outcome.
