As our population ages, there is high demand for geriatrics specialists to treat all older adults who need care. ECHO trains primary care clinicians to provide specialty geriatrics care services to their own patients. This means more older adults can receive care they need right where they are and improving outcomes and reducing costs. This will be part of a collaborative, innovative virtual geriatrics and palliative care learning community and have access to treatment guidelines, tools, and patient resources. ECHO participants will learn through evidence-based resources from didactic presentations and case-based learning. They have the opportunity to present their own patient cases, in a de-identified format, and receive Geriatrics specialty interprofessional team input and recommendations
