As our population ages, there is high demand for geriatrics specialists to treat all older adults who need care.  ECHO trains primary care clinicians and team members to provide specialty geriatrics care services to their own patients.  This means more older adults can receive the care they need right where they are while improving outcomes and reducing costs.  Geriatrics TeleECHO is a collaborative, innovative virtual geriatrics and palliative care learning community.  Participants will have access to treatment guidelines, tools and patient resources and will learn through evidence-based case discussions and didactic presentations.  They will also have the opportunity to present their own de-identified patient cases and receive geriatrics specialty interprofessional team input and recommendations.
